Lawyer sued by former US Payment Processor

James C. Mahan, a District Judge for the USA dismissed a claim where Chad Elie, a former USA Payment Processor claimed that his lawyer was giving his poor legal representation. The lawyer, Jeff Ifrah has a good reputation of providing legal council that doesn’t fail often.

Jeff Ifrah commented on the claims made towards him saying, “Chad Elie looked towards us for help with large criminal charges behind him. We weren’t able to give him the legal council that he was looking for even though our legal advice was in every way correct and so he took his blame on us hoping that he could be relieved of his actions. We as lawyers only speak the facts and we can say that the claims made by Mr. Elie are false.”

He continued on by saying, “As a firm we have taken pride that we provide strong legal advice and have been able to keep long term relationships with our clients. When a former client sues us we are shocked and upset to see that they didn’t trust the advice we gave them. We are however surprised that Mr. Elie would try to sue us under unlawful acquisitions. We only wish Mr. Elie the best in his future.”

Chad Elie was convicted of trying to commit bank fraud and operate an illegal online gambling firm during 2011. Mr. Elie filed his claims against Jeff Ihraf from his prison cell in 2013 of April. He believed that his lawyer misguided him on the laws for processing online poker payments with no evidence to back up his claims.”
